Slow Braised Beef Ragout with Papadelli & Gremolata

Cheap, easy and delicious. Papadelli pasta is the big flat ribbon pasta. You can create a heavy or light dish depending on the type of wine used. For instance, using Chianti will result in a lighter ragout where using a shiraz or cabernet will result in a much heavier dish. This can be great to the different seasons, i.e. use Chianti in summer and Cabernet Sauvignon in winter!
