Cheap, easy and delicious. Papadelli pasta is the big flat ribbon pasta. You can create a heavy or light dish depending on the type of wine used. For instance, using Chianti will result in a lighter ragout where using a shiraz or cabernet will result in a much heavier dish. This can be great to the different seasons, i.e. use Chianti in summer and Cabernet Sauvignon in winter!

This marinade can be used on any beef and is also great on lamb cutlets. The only time I have a steak is when I can cook it on the BBQ so that is how I am going to write this recipe. If you must grill, then grill but I will not be held responsible…. |

If you can manage to not eat all of the tenderloin as Carpaccio, i highly suggest you do this with the remaining piece. Serve with some kipfler potatoes and greens or salad. |
